Please note all vehicles will only be released to the registered owner, all personal property will only be released to the registered owner, vehicle and property redemptions will only be made during business hours (mon-fri) NO EXCEPTIONS!! All impounded redemptions must be paid in cash! You must provide photo ID and proof of ownership upon redemption. All vehicles being towed from our facility must leave on a trailer or tow truck, no towing off premises with chain or tow rope! You will not be allowed to make any repairs while vehicle is in the impound lot ( NO EXCEPTIONS) Storage on impounded vehicles begins when the vehicle arrives at our location.
